This site has been developed to inform qualified surgeons about a research project designed to confidentially and comfortably explore the lived experiences and career pathways of autistic surgeons. The purpose of the study is to accumulate anonymous descriptive data to inform workplace lobbying for best possible integration of neurodiverse surgeons.
Recognising the sensitivities associated with this type of work, the contents of this site have restricted access and are only visible by invitation.
